French radio

Hello everyone, is there a French version of the voices of the pilots and control towers ?

Not official. There is a mod for Romanian and Spanish voices, i never saw anyone make a french one but its possible if you look in the old forum. 

I think normandie-niemen scripted  campaign also uses custom French radio chatter.

yes, it does, and it's a great campaign. the voiceovers are however custom, and you are required to mute the standard radio since it is in russian language.

yes, there are. And also for italian. 

No french radio mod, at least not yet!

I remember there was also an Italian version with voices, but they replaced those of the Luftwaffe pilots. I think this is another missing addition to this game. The immersion of the game with your own language has a whole other effect...
I'm sorry, but I've never heard of French. It's a real shame about these omissions!

Yes, no other way. Couldn't do it otherwise: I've replaced the german voices with romanian ones. Since there is no separate faction.

The hard part is that the line has to be no longer than the original one, or it will get cut down. And German language is much more concise than Italian or romanian....;) 

There IS an Italian voce mod. I think I have it on the drive. I can put it here, if wanted.

They can't cover everything, so some things we have to do ourselves. For ex, a finnish voice mode in the future would be awesome!

There is an italian and japanese faction in the editor. There might be a way to add the voices here, but seems those factions are not complete as if you try to make missions with them, the ai will not respond to any commands.

In the editor, when you chose the faction of a unit, you at least used to be able to choose Japan as a faction.
