HSD Not Downloading

I just tried to download some skins from HSD. It looked like it was downloading. But no new skins added to library.I checked HSD log and found several entries like this:

Error>>THTTPS.Get(): File not found, aborting download

This in on a new computer running Windows 11

this is path I pointed HSD to : C:\Program Files\IL-2 Sturmovik Great Battles\data\graphics\Skins

When I launched new HSD install it appeared normal.It was apparently reading my skin files since it showed what I already owned etc.

What am I missing?

NEVER MIND Just had to run again🤪 I'm so paranoid about screwy stuff that Windows 11 pulls that I assumed worst case scenario!!

NEVER MIIND. I just had to launch it again. I'm just paranoid about the screwy stuff Windows 11 does on thus new PC.😗
