The New Launcher/Installer will not work

So I mostly used to just play IL-2 through steam with my linked account to the IL-2 website.

 

I came back to IL-2 2 days ago and downloaded the new installer. Now to be clear I have no antivirus running and launched the installed as Admin.

The install just hangs. Its not progressing. I tried again this morning, same problem. This is not a problem on my PC or with antivirus. I also have full rights to my folders and drives.

Its either super mega slow or something on the server side is blocking it. I have a Fiber connection, fast as possible so its not my ISP. Very frustrating and annoying to say the least.

Picture of launcher that shows its not installing as it should. I let it run over an hour before I gave up. I only downloaded this launcher because I bought Korea Founders addition and wanted to have the game preinstalled so I can take advantage of my purchase early, when it releases.

I uninstalled and tried again. Seems to be working on installing now. Not sure WTF happened the last two days.
