Some key binds don't work.

I'm very new to this sim. I can bind a few keys, but most don't work. What should I do?  I am also just  using a mouse since I have not aquired a joystick yet.

the sim is unplayable without at least a joystick.

see this:

 

before remaping keys, click right on the hole Il-2 Sturmovik GB folder and unmark "read only"
