1C Game Studios LukeFF Posted January 13 1C Game Studios Posted January 13 You need Battle of Stalingrad if you plan to play on Steam. Otherwise, go to your account profile page here and download and run the installer: https://il2-series.com/en/account/login/?next=/en/ Quote

1C Game Studios LukeFF Posted January 13 1C Game Studios Posted January 13 If you want all your content available, you will need to launch the game through Steam, since that is where you bought Stalingrad. If you launch the game with our app, you will only see Moscow. Hopefully that helps. 🙂 Quote

Calos_01 Posted January 13 Posted January 13 If you have linked your accounts correctly, you should be able to see content purchased directly on the website in the game, even if you launch the game via Steam. If you don´t see it I´d suggest contacting support. 1 Quote

WitchyWoman Posted January 18 Posted January 18 (edited) I have linked accounts but this new installer of yours does not see the steam content and there is no place to link accounts in the new launcher version. I just launched this installer and unlike the steam one, I see no place like the old one where it gives an option to link steam. Thats a huge problem that the community is not going to like if its not possible. I am not going to rebuy it again. I also bought Korea founders and hope I do not need both the steam version and the new one just to access everything I purchased because i have bought some stuff on steam and other stuff on the website and never had a problem before with linking it all. Battle of stalingrad, Kuban, and kurland is missing from this new launcher/installer version and i own everything. Its only showing stuff i bought on the website which is not good. I really hope after buying Korea Founder here that it will be usable in Steam later because if I cant all my content from steam will be useless. Will our key here we get for Korea work later in steam so we can link everything? If not I have wasted money. There was no disclaimer on the page. Edited January 18 by WitchyWoman Quote

Use the Steam version and link your accounts; you'll then see all products you bought. Quote

Il-2 Korea had no option to buy on steam so I certainly hope the devs allow the key to be used on steam when the game launches or I am SOOL. Nothing on the website stated it isnt compatible so thats not a good answer. Would be nice if they answered. if its not then I will have to get a refund. Currently Korea does not show in the Il-2 steam version even though I bought it..... Edited January 20 by WitchyWoman Quote

Currently Korea does not show in the Il-2 steam version even though I bought it..... Korea is a completely separate game and is no way linked to Great Battles. You'll use a completely new launcher for it when it releases in a few months. Anything you previously bought for Great Battles will have nothing to do with Korea, so I don't understand how you'd be out of luck? Edited January 20 by dryheat94 Quote

Well thats good to know because nothing i read to date said it was a separate game. Some on steam said it was an Il-2 GB add-on which had me worried I would not be able to access all my modules if it was linked. I guess its a non-issue then. Edited January 21 by WitchyWoman 1 Quote

Will we be offered a different launcher to download for Korea when early a access starts since its separate as you stated, the current launcher will not be used on the website and we will have a separate one to install it with the key we were provided? When the game is released, you will be able to download the new launcher from the same account you bought it with. You click on your Profile, then on the Download tab. You then download the launcher, run it, and it will install the game to your PC. You'll then just start the game from the shortcut it installs rather than from Steam. You won't need a key. It's added to your account automatically when you buy from the store. You can check in your Profile/License Keys now and you will see the Korea key. The launcher will ask for the email address and password you use to log into the store the first time you launch the game. Edited January 21 by dryheat94 Quote
