The surface quality is no problem, you can just place an invisible smooth surface 2) Airfield surfaces: 2a) most simple: for an improvised advanced landing ground just place a big invisble surface. 2b) if you find a suitable for copy existing airfield on the same map you can copy the airfield surfaces to the new location. Note: if you want to use the AF for different season versions of the map (summer, autumns,...) you have to copy the airfield for each season on the same location, because as far as I know the textures of the seasons have different paths or file names. 2c) You can design a new airfield layout by creating of new individual surfaces. Mysticpuma Posted February 17 Posted February 17 Ah, I understand the principle, but the actual practice of it, that's beyond me completely. The image I posted above is Lesina Airbase, and being a long term devotee of the 325th FG, when I saw your Med/Italy mod, I wondered if it was a 'simple' texture paste onto the map, obviously that isn't the case. I guess I'm in the begging stage that a modder (no pressure on you) who understands the process, could place Lesina onto a map, even if it can't be landed on, it could be seen from the air... 1 Quote

BOB2026 Posted February 18 Author Posted February 18 (edited) v2 uploaded now have roads,paths you can see from the air,on the ground you can not see but this is not a massive ground breaker.kuban autumn,summer,spring textures improved ( autumn textures are slightly different not so green ) town and village textures blend in better now,most parts of the maps are ok,any improvements that you think I can do let me know.The airfields I can not really do much about making certain airfields Edited February 19 by BOB2026 H Quote
