F2 Camera Stutters

Hello beautiful community, i got Il2 BoS and i just installed it.
For some reason the game stutters, especially the F2 camera.
I tried every graphic setting , high, low , fullscreen, non fullscreen, vsync, no vsync etc ... in vain.
The weird thing is that in the F11 camera things are smooth 
Also inside the cockpit seems smooth with the exception of zoom, if i zoom slowly, it stutters just like in the F2 view.
Is there any hope?

System:
CPU: Ryzen 7 7800 X3D
GPU: Radeon RX 7900 XT
32 GB RAM
