Nothing on Forum about VR or is search broken?

Been away from FC for ages due to various RL issues, and I finally got around yesterday to trying to set up my VR equipment again after a long time without it (ever since moving my office to a different room in the house many months ago) so I could try out the cool new stuff added to FC this year.  It was a real struggle because in the meantime I have updated my PC to the latest Windows 11 version and didn't realize that Microsoft had removed Windows Mixed Reality and with it support for my HP Reverb VR headset from that version.  I finally figured out how to work around that with the Oasis driver thingy, and also worked through some problems with my bluetooth and wi-fi adapters on my PC, and was able to launch FC last night and fly around a little bit in VR.  I still have to sort out some things with my controllers, and so much time and so many driver and game updates (and maybe new VR headset releases?) have occurred since I last had my VR working, so I wanted to come here and see if I could find out what the latest skinny was regarding VR usage/optimization for FC/GB these days.  But when I searched for posts about VR on these new forums I got no results.  Are these forums so new that nobody has had a chance to post about this stuff here yet, or is the search function just not working, or is something else going on?

LOL - weird - when I posted above the search gave no results and I couldn't find any VR-related subforum - and now I find the subforum and tons of posts.  Not sure how that happened 😟

It's often more effective to use e.g. Google to search the forum than use the internal search: try typing site:forum.il2-series.com VR to get a website-specific search.

Used to be VR was one of the biggest and active sub forums, but the sets are pretty good these days and we spend more time flying than tinkering, good news for us.

Hardware also got faster, so it is easier to get acceptable performance.
