Christmas in Pitomnik 1942 (Stalingrad Ambience)

NOT A FLYING VIDEO December 24th, 1942. Surrounded for 31 days. The men in the Cauldron are hanging on. But rumors abound that Tatsinskaya and Morozovskaya bases have fallen to Soviet hands. And Hoth's Army is facing heavy resistance and it's flanks are now under threat. Fegelein and his fellow pilots could hardly get anything up in the air in the last 2 days. For the most part this is what most of the men in Pitomnik can only do. Try to get the planes airworthy for battle with little success and here the Soviet Army getting closer and closer...
